We offer two options: a Full Villa with 3 bedrooms and a private pool, and a Room Accommodation with 1 bedroom, a hall, and a private pool.
2 What is the maximum occupancy per booking?

Full Villa: Up to 13 guests (7 included, 6 extra at additional cost)

Room Accommodation: Up to 4 guests (2 included, 2 extra at additional cost)
3 Is the swimming pool private or shared?
Each booking (Villa or Room) includes access to a private pool, ensuring complete privacy for your group.
Check-In, Check-Out & Timings
1 What are the check-in and check-out timings?

Check-in: From 12:00 PM onwards

2 Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Yes, upon prior approval and at an additional charge (subject to availability).
3 What are the meal timings?

2 Can I choose Veg or Non-Veg meals?
Yes! Both meal plans offer authentic Veg or Non-Veg Konkani cuisine, freshly prepared.
3 Can we bring our own food or cook on-site?
Outside food is discouraged to maintain hygiene and the farmstay experience. Cooking inside the premises is not allowed.
Policies & Guest Conduct
1 Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed only with prior confirmation. Owners are responsible for cleanliness and pets must not be allowed on beds or furniture.
2 Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
3 Are parties or loud music allowed?
Loud music, parties, and events are not allowed unless pre-approved. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
