Terms and Conditions

By booking a stay or using our services at The Serene Nest Farmstay, Dapoli, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• 100% advance amount is required for booking confirmation
• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods shared at the time of booking.

2.Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM sharp
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior approval and may attract additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation :
  – 100% Refund – Cancel 7 days or more before check-in date
  – Example: If your booking is for the 15th, cancel before the 8th for a full refund.
• Partial Refund:
  – 50% Refund – Cancel 3 to 6 days before check-in
  – Example: Cancel between the 9th and 12th for a half refund
• No Refund:
  – Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in, or in case of a no-show, will not be eligible for a refund.
• Need to Reschedule?
  – No worries! We’re happy to help you reschedule your stay once (subject to availability) if informed at least 3 days in advance.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to treat the property and staff with respect.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
• Loud music, parties, and unauthorized events are not allowed unless pre-approved.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

5. Occupancy Policy

• Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy rules as per the accommodation type.
• Extra guests beyond the base occupancy will be charged at the applicable per-head rate.
• Management reserves the right to deny entry or cancel the booking in case of over-occupancy or unregistered guests.

6. Food & Kitchen Usage

• Cooking in the rooms or common areas is not permitted.
• Meal timings must be followed. Late requests may not be accommodated.

7. Swimming Pool Rules

• Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Proper swimwear is compulsory. Cotton clothes are not allowed.
• No food, drinks, or glassware allowed near or inside the pool.
• Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
• No diving or rough play is allowed. Use the pool at your own risk.

8. Pet Policy

• Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
• Pet owners must clean up after their pets and ensure pets do not damage property or disturb other guests.
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.

9. Liability & Safety

• Guests are responsible for their belongings. The management is not liable for any theft or loss.
• Please keep doors and windows shut to avoid pests.
• Any damages to property, furnishings, or equipment caused by guests or their pets will be chargeable.
• Bonfires and barbecues must only be done with staff supervision.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or unavailability of services due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or any unforeseen events beyond our control.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
