Know Before You Stay

Treat the property with care and respect — just like your own home.
Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor zones.
Maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM for a restful environment.
Loud music, parties, or unauthorized events are not allowed unless pre-approved.
Please do not carry bedsheets or any farm stay clothing outside the rooms.
Please do not use water for washing vehicles.
Towels & Napkins should not be taken outside the rooms as well as premises. Do not carry towels & farm stay provided water bottles to the beach
Use of footwear is mandatory for your safety while roaming inside the farm stay premises to avoid getting in contact of any potential reptiles.
Kindly use dustbins provided throughout the property.
Avoid leaving food outside, as it may attract insects or wildlife.
Please wash your hands & feet after returning back from the beach before entering the rooms.
Please avoid throwing liquor bottles, beer cans, plastic bottles & any other waste in & around the premises. Instead use designated dustbins facilitated at nearby places.
Please switch off lights, fans, AC, geyser and other electrical appliances when not in use & while leaving the rooms.
Water is precious — use it wisely, especially during showers and toilet usage.
AC usage should be limited to when you're in the room with windows/doors shut.
Always keep the doors & windows shut, as its a farm stay open doors & windows can help penetrate pests & insects inside the rooms.
Pets are allowed only with prior confirmation.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture to maintain hygiene.
Do not move furniture without permission.
Lock your doors and windows when leaving your cottage.
Avoid drying clothes on balconies or outdoor fences — use the drying racks provided.
Pool Timings: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Swimwear is compulsory — no cotton clothing in the pool.
Shower before entering the pool.
No food, drinks, or glass items allowed near or in the pool.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
No lifeguard on duty — use the pool at your own risk.
No diving, running, or rough play around the pool.
Do not spit & urinate inside the pool.
No footwear in the pool area.
Park only in designated areas.
Do not honk unnecessarily — preserve the peaceful surroundings.
Avoid walking through plantation areas without a guide.
For your safety, CCTV cameras are installed in common areas.
Do not light bonfires or candles inside the cottages.

Meal Timings:
Breakfast: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Lunch: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Dinner: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Outside food is discouraged to preserve the quality and hygiene of our farm kitchen.
Cooking inside farm stay kitchen is not permitted.
Our team is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM for any assistance.
