Booking Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that travel plans can change 🌦️ ✈️. Here’s our simple and transparent cancellation policy to keep things smooth and stress-free for you! 😊

Free Cancellation

1. 100% Refund – Cancel 7 days or more before check-in date
2. Example: If your booking is for the 15th, cancel before the 8th for a full refund.

Partial Refund

1. 50% Refund – Cancel 3 to 6 days before check-in
2. Example: Cancel between the 9th and 12th for a half refund 

No Refund

1. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in, or in case of a no-show, will not be eligible for a refund.

1. No worries! We’re happy to help you reschedule your stay once (subject to availability) if informed at least 3 days in advance.

If the refund is approved , it will take 7-10 working days to credit in your account.
